Booking Policy
- Full payment must be made before departure for confirmation of international tours.
- If payment is by cheque, it must be cleared at least one week before document delivery.
- Outbound tour payments may be required in foreign exchange as per RBI/GOI regulations.
Cancellation Policy
- Advance amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 30–15 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation 15–7 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation within 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges.
- Special periods or non-refundable tickets may attract 100% cancellation charges regardless of notice.
- No refund for partially unused services or missed components of the tour.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in INR only.
Child Policy
- Tour activities may involve physical effort and may not be suitable for infants, elderly, or medically unfit persons.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, and persons requiring special care should consult a doctor before travel.
- No special medical assistance is guaranteed during tours.

- Baggage allowance depends on airline/transport provider; company is not responsible for loss or delay of baggage.
- Meals correspond to number of hotel nights; breakfast is generally not provided on arrival day.
- Seat-in-Coach transfers are on sharing basis and require punctual reporting at pickup point.
- Late night or early morning transfers may attract additional surcharge.
- Company is not responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, laws, or force majeure conditions.
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts under Indian law.
