Package Inclusions

  • Accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, and meals as per selected package.
  • Seat-in-Coach or private transfers as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Tour coordination and booking services by the company.

Package Exclusions

  • Airfare and travel insurance unless specified.
  • Visa fees (if not included in package).
  • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, and extra meals.
  • Additional hotel charges for early check-in or late check-out.
  • Charges for excess baggage.
  • Any services not mentioned in inclusions.

Booking Policy

  • Full payment must be made before departure for confirmation of international tours.
  • If payment is by cheque, it must be cleared at least one week before document delivery.
  • Outbound tour payments may be required in foreign exchange as per RBI/GOI regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation 30–15 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation 15–7 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges.
  • Special periods or non-refundable tickets may attract 100% cancellation charges regardless of notice.
  • No refund for partially unused services or missed components of the tour.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in INR only.

Child Policy

  • Tour activities may involve physical effort and may not be suitable for infants, elderly, or medically unfit persons.
  • Pregnant women, heart patients, and persons requiring special care should consult a doctor before travel.
  • No special medical assistance is guaranteed during tours.

Important Terms

  • All quotations are subject to availability at the time of reservation and prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be realized before departure; documents will be delivered only after cheque realization.
  • Company reserves the right to cancel or amend tours due to operational reasons; liability is limited to refund of the amount paid.
  • Company is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
  • Tour prices may change due to currency fluctuation, fuel cost, government levies, or peak season surcharges.
  • Tourists must hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents throughout the tour.
  • Visa approval is at the discretion of the consulate; visa fees are non-refundable.
  • Company is not responsible for additional hotel charges due to early check-in or late check-out.
  • Company is not responsible for shopping purchases or extra services bought directly from vendors.
  • Hotel star classification and amenities are as provided by suppliers; company is not liable for inaccuracies.
  • Baggage allowance depends on airline/transport provider; company is not responsible for loss or delay of baggage.
  • Meals correspond to number of hotel nights; breakfast is generally not provided on arrival day.
  • Seat-in-Coach transfers are on sharing basis and require punctual reporting at pickup point.
  • Late night or early morning transfers may attract additional surcharge.
  • Company is not responsible for delays or changes due to natural calamities, laws, or force majeure conditions.
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts under Indian law.
